PERFORMANCE PATHWAY

Grades 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th  

3-2-1…LAUNCH! In the LAUNCH Academy, students are nearly fully immersed in their college and career pathways.  For dual-enrolled college students, 90% of their classes are on the college campus.  For students enrolled in CTE pathways, now is where they will complete their capstones and work-based learning experiences at GEO’s employer and post-secondary partner locations. Launch Academy students continue to have access to school staff providing wrap-around support to achieve academic success.  

 
LAUNCH Academy Placement Requirements 

Knowledge Assessment 

• Students have passed the ELA, QR, or STEM Knowledge Assessments.  

Academically On Track  

• No more than two credits below grade level or actively participating in remediation or credit recovery opportunities.   

Attendance & Behavior

• In good standing with the policies specified in the Student and Family Handbook.
