REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - STUDENT TRANSPORTATION

Notice is hereby given that GEO Academies, Inc. d/b/a GEO Next Generation Academy, will receive sealed proposals until 1:00 PM. (EDT), on May 23, 2025, for student transportation services for its school buildings located at 4010 and 4020 North Sherman Dr., Indianapolis, IN.  Proposals are to be submitted to Jeff Lozer in PDF format via email to jlozer@geoacademies.org  

The Board of the School reserves the right to negotiate at its discretion with those submitting proposals in accordance with Indiana Law.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - VRF HVAC Systems
Full Replacement of Building's VRF HVAC Systems - Potential Bidders seeking on-site access to conduct walk-throughs and measurements are invited to attend an In-person pre-bid meeting that will take place on Friday, January 24, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. (EST) 4010 N. Sherman Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46226.
Submission of Proposals Due: Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 PM EST March 21, 2025.
Proposal Opening: Proposals will be opened at 5:00 PM EST March 21, 2025.
Review of Submitted Proposals: March 21, 2025, through April 4, 2025 (Committee Review).
Tentative Award Date: Approximately April 18, 2025, after board approval.
Bidder to Provide Equipment and Services: June 1, 2025.
